  Having Trouble with MOCHA

  I’m just an amateur, but I really liked the opportunities tracking can offer.

  I have HitFilm 2 and it has Mocha tracking software, but everytime I try to import a video, a message appears, “_____ is corrupted or in unsupported format.”

  I beleieve there was nothing wrong with the videos. I worked well with my media players. I tried .avi, .mp4 and even .mov, but the same message occurs.

  

  I admit, I did not update the software, but is that a big deal?

  “In the rare event that you are working in a format that mocha doesn’t support, we recommend converting the footage to an image sequence.”

  I’ve had this issue twice now at random times, what fixed it for me was downloading QuickTime 7.5.5
