  Cutting person from the video

  Hello. I am new at video editing and I need help. I want to cut person who is walking on the street. I want to make background green So I can take man and put him on the other video. I saw some tutorial in Mocha but I could not understand what he was doing. If you know some good tutorials in Mocha or in After effects, please link me the video. Thanks and sorry for my bad English
