  how do I create a clock effect

  I need to build an effect where four small pieces of video are revealed as a sweeping hand revolves around a cirular matte or mask at every 45 degrees.
  what would be the best way to build this efffect. help

  Put the videos in a precomp and then try the “radial wipe” effect to reveal them.
