I am working on a project where I want a low poly sphere to explode and turn into a low poly person. Is there a way to do it using Element 3D or another plugin? I know that you can obviously do it using Cinema 4D but I do not own that.

C4D Lite is included with After Effects CC.

You could do render something like this with Element, but you’d still need to do the modeling in a real 3D app.

Blender is a free, open-source 3D application and may be worth a look.
