  Recommendation for visual noise reduction plugin

  Does anyone have a recommendation for a good visual noise reduction
  plugin?

  AE 6.5 has a “remove grain” plug built-in. You might need to install it separately from the install CD.

  It was bought (licensed?) from Visual Infinity, the makers of the Grain Surgery plugins, and it analyzes the existing noise to come up with a custom noise removal scheme for that footage. It works rather well, compared to other solutions …

  … that I know of. 🙂
