  Permissions issue

  with the exception of major OS upgrades, I generally do the java, safari, itunes updates that are offered quite frequently. My permissions have been totally clean. Ever since the last itunes update, my permissions (when repairing) I noticed were whacked. All had itunes in the header. I was exporting a project from AFTER EFFECTS and it actually grabbed a random song from my itunes library and placed it under the animation I was exporting. not sure how that happened. But no matter how many times I try to repair the permissions, the errors remain in disc utility. anybody else experiencing this? Using Mountain Lion latest.
