Fill reveal question – Trim Paths?
Hi, I have several shape layers of a logo, they are all solid colors and have 4 sides. I would like to have the shape layer reveal along the shape of the layer.
I’ve tried the Trim Path option, but it seems to overlap and go under the layer.

Is there a good way to do a reveal along the shape of the layer?

Hi Dave,
That had crossed my mind…
I thought there might be another way more ‘automatic’ like how it is with the Write On effect, or Stroke effect. Those work perfect, but only follow a line. Didn’t know if there was a way to do the same thing but with a fill.

since your shape seems like it is circular, would radial wipe create the transition you are looking for?

Thanks for the radial wipe suggestion. It’s really close to what i’m trying to achieve, a fill that follows the shape of the layer.
