  Recreate Fire Effect from the WebcamToy site in After FX.

  Hey everyone,
  I’ve recently discovered a website that adds effects to your webcam photos,
  and I came through an interesting effect, the FIRE effect.
  It basically detects movement and adds a little bit of distortion and fire colors.

  (Click on the left arrow until you see the Fire effect, that’s in between the Underwater and Snow effects, of just click on the image and a list of the effects will show up)

  And I immediately thought of recreating this effect in After Effects.
  So I wondered if you guys could help me out !
  (Notice there is no rotoscoping in the website, maybe just some motion blur detector or somethin’)
