Adobe Application Manager keeps wrongly treating me like a cloud customer
I was a cloud customer until Adobe’s new recent policies. I uninstalled the cloud version, purchased the CS6 Master Collection and installed it.
But at some point the Application Manager got updated and now it keeps thinking I’m a cloud customer.
It tells me my Cloud subscription has expired 51 days ago and I only live by the grace of Adobe. How can I can this nonsense to stop?

Todd, my experience with Adobe’s customer support has beat down my hope in humanity far too many times. I know that is far removed from your personal professionalism, but it’s a pervasive reality I’ve seen for over a decade.
I’ll throw out a request for help as wide a net as possible.
