  23.98 footage to be

  I have a client who shot all his material on Varicam 23.98 video. He had his tapes transfered to DV (29.97) to do an offline…. which means he edited his sequence at 29.97. Now he wants to come in an online the project. When I batch all his original footage (23.98), what will that do to his sequence? He wants his final sequence to be 23.98. If I simply change the sequence settings in FCP from 29.97 to 23.98 will this work? I don’t think so… Any suggestions?
