  Varicam matte box

  Hi all !
  We are currently looking to buy a matte box for our Varicam.We have the HD Fujinon lens HA 17×7.8BERM-M28B and i want to know what is the best choice and what are the best filters to buy.Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  First thing you need to do is figure out if you can get by with 4×4 filters or if you’ll need 4×4.5 filters. I have the Canon HD 22×7.6mm zoom and 4×4’s work with my lens. As far as matteboxes, check out the Vocas clamp-on matteboxes or the Chrosziel matteboxes [must be mounted on rails]. 4x4s are cheaper and more available. good luck!!
