  REGEN TC

  Hi there

  On the sony,s to go back to a previous tape and get the TC set,there is a switch on the camera,which you set to Regen,put the tape in and hit the return button.

  On the varicam no such external switch,but there is a regen setting in the menu for TC,do you have to reset this menu from preset to regen each time,in the manual it aslo says that the TC will be forcibly
  regenerated when set to rec mode from save.when using a tape that already has a TC that has been set?
