Outputting the 4:3 marks from the viewfinder to external monitor

Rodrigo,

I don’t believe there is a way to output the 4:3 marks from the camera, My panasonic 17″ monitor has 4:3 safe markers and the AJA down-converter I use also has the safe markers via the dip switches on the back of the unit. Hope this helps.

Mmmm too bad. The viewfinder marks are great. The transparency level rocks in my opinion but it should be available for the director as well..

Outputting Zebra levels would be incredibly helpful as well in lots of situations. I have it on some of my Sony camera’s.
