Timecode Problem
I made a mistake when handling a cassette. After the reel was shot I accidentally pushed the REC CHECK button in the Record Mode. NO RECORDING was done.
Now we cannot capture the reel because Final Cut says there’s nothing to capture.
We are using a Panasonic DVX 100B.
Is there any way of capturing the reel?

That doesn’t sound like a TC problem but a NOT recorded problem or I’m I missing something.
If you set the Capture to Non-controllable device, hit play on the camera and then hit capture now in FCP it will capture audio and video if it is on the tape.
