  HMC150 as VCR

  Does anyone know how to export a movie to an SDHC card so that the HMC150 could play it as though it were a VCR? I want to use the camera as a a VCR for an HDTV on a set.

  I can create the video in Final Cut Pro without any problem, but the Directory Structure on the SDHC card has to be precise, plus it records in .M2TS, which FCP can’t read directly.

  Thanks for any thoughts!

  Can’t be (simply) done. There are a million more ways to connect a Mac (or a PC) to most HDTVs- such as DVI to HDMI cables. Some TVs will even play footage directly from an SDHC card. Hooking up the camera directly would be last resort.
