  Panasonic DVX100B Log & Capture not working

  I am using a Panasonic DVX100B camcorder. I am trying to transfer the footage I shot today onto my iMac and into Final Cut Pro 7.

  I have the right Firewire cable connected. I haven’t seen anything in the manual about what exactly the settings on the camera should be to make the transfer happen.

  When I go into my new project in FCP and select Log & Capture, it tells me nothing is connected.

  I have selected “DV Out” to “On” in the VCR menu settings.

  What am I missing?
