  Auto Off : S Reel Lock

  Many times when I go into playback with my DVX100B an error message of Auto Off: S Reel Lock pops up. It freezes the camera up and I have to turn off, take out the battery and turn it back on again. I do not know what this means. Any insight into this problem would be helpful. Thanks.

  Try using a head cleaner. If it still occurs- it needs a professional servicing at a Panasonic service center or authorized camera shop.
