  capturing progressive scan footage

  Hi, I think I know the answer already, but I have a simple question that someone will be able to easily confirm for me.

  If I shoot in progressive scan mode, I can still capture using a different camera that doesn’t have progressive scan, right?

  Yes- once captured it is a standard DV signal- any DV deck or camera can play it back and be used for ingest.
