  DV tapes

  Does anyone have any idea if there is much difference between the Panasonic Professional and Master quality tapes?

  Not night and day but I prefer the MQ just for the extra warm fuzzy feelings. Hopefully you are working a gig where tape stock is the lowest expense.

  DVXs are so cheap that you always carry a couple spares. We carry one of those small Panasonic dv clamshells that Panasonic discontinued. This was probably one of the best products that they’ve ever had. I would but two more if I could find them.
