Relax- it takes longer when things are busy and it’s basically a one-man and woman operation. Last week was spent in NYC doing an HD Bootcamp. They’ll get your batteries out asap.

Hey Robert, We ship every Friday like it says on the order page, if you ordered last week early it woulda went out on Thursday or Monday (since I was in NY with Noah Kadner for bootcamp)

send me an email to the one you got your paypal reciept and i will look into it, as i dont have any emails from your screen name here, nor paypal receipts.
