Noah, I reaerached the lead you gave for 35mm lens adapters and this was by far the cheapest. To configure my DVX for commercial shooting, what would be the full kit? Does the M2 kit include everything for mounting to a standard tripod head? Do I need a matte box and follow focus kit as well? Thanks for the info. No one seems to be home at Redrock.

Can’t help you there- don’t know much beyond the name keep trying. There’s also the Movietube which rocks:

Most of these things are so expensive I suggest a rent for all but daily usage.

I figure around 5 grand can get me set up with a full kit. The only problem with renting is the learning curve. I am an experienced shooter, but mostly ENG documentary or network sports and have little cinematography experience. I am not familiar with matte boxes, follow focus, etc.. I thought it could pay itself off whne the cost of renting a PL mount and a few lenses seems to be around $500 per day. Thanks again for the advice. You are helpful.
