  Tape error DVX100A (Auto Off-Loading Lock) Why?

  I just tried to review some of the video that was shot the other day and I got an error message (AUTO OFF-LOADING LOCK) What does this mean? I tried a new tape and got the same error message. Does anyone know to get this message to go away so I can review my videos.

  Deck mechanism can’t finish loading tape cycle in time ( may be
  mechanism or cassette has problem ), may need service .
