I primarily use a Sony DSR 300 DVCAM camera, but I have limited exposure to time lapse recording (with an old VX1000). I’m helping out a friend with a lo/no budget shoot. She wants some time lapse stuff of the skyline, clouds, etc. Since we’re renting a DVX100 for the two day shoot, I don’t have time to fiddle around with the interval recording settings. Can anyone suggest settings they’ve used? I’m basically looking to cover the afternoon to nighttime transition of the NY skyline.
