  ext timecode?

  Is it possible to sync from an external timecode source while recording live video? I’m doing a music video and need for one track to be the song (created on CD with one channel dedicated as TC). I’ve done this before with BetaSP – but can the 100A do it?

  Not the way a Beta cam can. You could feed audio TC in and out but the cam itself won’t know it.

  Use a timecode slate and a striped copy of the song.
