  1080i24p or 1080i30p??

  I am getting ready to start my next project and want to make sure my camera settings and codec are at the appropriate settings.

  I am shooting on a Panasonic HVX200 and have the following options to shoot:
  1080i60i
  1080i30p
  1080i24p
  1080i24PA
  720P60P
  720P30P
  720P24P

  I like the more film-like look of 24p, so right now I’m leaning toward 1080i24p. However, I think 1080i30p might be easier for sound sync. Does anyone have a recommendation for best settings on this camera. What works best in post-production (sound sync, professional color correction, etc.) Also, I’d love a recommendation for best co-dec that matches those settings in Final Cut Pro.
