We do pretty traditional work, but our next gig is an exercise product and I want to do a lot of speed fx – faster, slower, move with the music. The crew usually shoots 1080i30 with our HPX500. What would be the optimal frame rate/setting so I can chose in post what to play with while allowing un-tampered with footage to play normally?
