    Wrong image. correct one:

I have occasionally gotten this with tape based capture (actually a lot) but I thought that solid state was supposed to be impervious to this crap. Is it possible that the capture system is inducing this?

    How would I clean these?

If it’s constant, I would have your camera serviced. Sometimes canned air can clean it. If it were me, I would send it in for repair. It’s well worth the investment.

To me, that looks like the codec board going bad. You should send it in for service.
