  an mxf file 768 mb damaged

  Hi , im Thanasis and i have Panasonic P2 HVX-200 camcoder with P2 E series 64G card.
  I have problems with a file from the card. I copied the whole card to the hard drive and I did format the card. When I opened the premiere showed that canot read the file or is corrupt.
  Ι transferred the content to the card and tried to restore it but it dosnt work.
  when i play the file from my camcoder the screen is grey to that clip.
  Is there any solution to my problem; can i fix it,or someone?
  the file 768 mb.
