  HPX 500 Eyecup Model Number

  I was on a shoot recently and the rubber eyecup for the HPX 500 got loose and fell off, and I lost it. I’ve been looking for a way to replace it but the only way it seems, is through Panasonic.

  However, it seems as though because I don’t know the model number of the eyecup I can’t order it through the website; the search function on Panasonic’s site can’t find it. Does anyone know what the part number of the AG-HPX 500 eyecup is?

  Try contacting Union Electronic Distributors for the part. It’s about $40.

  Thanks for the answer, I went to Union Electronics Distributor and it showed as out of stock. So I guess I’ll have to try Panasonic, is there an online order form? I add it to my cart, but after that it is unclear where to go.

  Union may not have it in stock but they will order it for you. Keeping inventory costs money.
