hi! arun here from india!
i have one doubt.1. if i shoot with 24pN , it is goin to be true 24fps(23.98).
but to see the footage in field monitor i would be in need of 60i footage. how is it possible to view the 24pN footage(with out 3:2 pulldown) in field monitor?2. is there monitor can show the frame rates other than 60i and 50i?

The video outputs of the camera automatically add pulldown- so you want 24pN and it will be viewable on any standard 60i type monitor.

so u mean 24pN also does the same thing (pulldown)? if we record it through HD-SDI to a extrnal drive, in which format it will record. 60i r 24pN?

What camera are you using and how are you planning to record it via HDSDI (hooked up to what device)?
