  MXF to DVCPROHD on a PC

  We capture in the field on P2 media, we’re thinking about adding a PC to our field gear as an inexpensive ingest option. I think it would also be nice to have that PC laptop transcode to DVCPROHD so it doesn’t chew up editing time back in the bay. I found this :

  If you want to save on encoding, you should look at MXF4mac so you can use the MXF files natively. It will pay for
  itself in lost time immediately.
