  HVX-200ap Horizontal Line Problem

  I am shooting on my new HVX-200ap and loading in premiere.
  I am getting horizontalline when the subject moves fast or I pan the camera.
  I have tried shooting and loading on many frame rates.
  It seems to even have the problem when I play back on my tv direct from the camera. I have tried changing the interlacing options in premiere but no luck.
