  Discrete audio in log and transfer

  When ingesting P2 thru L&T in Final Cut, is there a way to get discrete audio and video files (as you might when when selecting “capture audio and video as separate files”)?

  Also, can I transcode DVCPROHD on ingest into ProRes? Or am I just going to get DVCPRoHD and need to transcode later?

  No, unfortuantely. What are you trying to do, though?

  Sorry, no. Seems to be a oft request feature, though.
