  Color Sampling: DVCPROHD VS Quicktime

  Hi all,

  Im shooting with an HPX170, and I am capturing my footage to a firestore. Will I get varying quality if I am capturing in Quicktime format, versus the DVCPro codec? I’m wondering since they have varying data rates? Does the DVCPro HD codec has different color sampling than Quicktime? I want to avoid blocky areas during a shoot on a greenscreen.

  Any insight would be appreciated.

  They are the same quality.
