  help / advice
  i have been offered a Datavideo DN-300 as a temporary backup external recorder while my firestore is being serviced and my P2 cards may not have enough capacity. Will this work with my HVX200 and FCS workflow?

  I have no idea, but it looks like it would only work in dv25.

  thanks, jeremy,
  you just gave me a brilliant, nay, revolutionary idea: I’ll use tape!
  the only other time i did use tape before and had filled the P2 cards with DV (2 hrs on each card), it worked fine, and since my final product is DVD, i doubt anyone will notice the difference.
