  HPX3000 question

  Hi
  I was wondering if someone could tell me the stop change from having the camera at 24p then changing it to 60p. I know at 60p the image gets brighter but just what is the stop difference.

  and also if I shoot 60p and bring it in to a 24p timeline, what is the best way to calculate how slow to change the 60p?
