Before shoot, i deleted a couple of clips off card #4 and started to shoot to that card. one standup. We reviewed the clip with the talent….(my boss!) I took the card out of the camera, put it into my trusty powerbook, fired up FCP and lo and behold no clip! Tried to fix it with a demo version of HD log, no dice…. the camera doesn’t see it now, so I can’t fix it there. However upon browsing the card in the finder there is a folder called “Found.000” Inside that folder there are 6 files that judging by their size and thumbnails are my missing clip. However the files are labeled File0000.CHK, File0001.CHK etc.
I theorize that if I name these right and put .mxf on the end, and then put them in the right folder, I could recover this clip. Is this right? If so what should I name them?
    Thanks
