My camera has been a work horse for 2 years now. It is starting to have problems zooming using the rocker switch. It is no longer zooming smoothly it catching and jumping. It does not always happen but often enough to be annoying maybe 2 out of 10 times zooming.

I live in Santa Barbara and I was wondering if I can drop it off some where or if I have to mail it some place to get repaired? Also how long do you think I will be without my money maker and is it going to be very pricey?

    Any insight would be great!

    Thanks,

    -Lars

Panasonic has just released it’s Global Service Network Handbook.

To get a copy, email Chad Marshall marshallc@us.panasonic.com

If you go to the http://www.panasonic.com, look under the Support link, click through to the find a servicer, you shoul be able to find someone local to you. Have no idea on what it might cost but the servicer should.

Wow, closest service center is 102 miles away when I used the search on the Panasonic site.
