  Please Help

  So I know this is probably a really simple problem… but I”m trying to capture tape off of the HVX into FCP using a 1394 cable but I can’t do it. I’ve done this before, but I dont know what I changed. Basically, when I go to log and capture, I can see the video I”m playing but then when I press Capture -> Now the preview screen goes black and I dont capture anything. Any thoughts? Thanks

  Are you positive your capture settings are Easy Setup to match the format you shot on? Post some screen shots of you presets.

  Thanks, I worked it out somehow, it might have been easy setup as I changed some settings
