  p2 viewer problem

  i have a new pc to use for p2 card offloading. when i try to open P2 viewer i get the error message ” the required audio device cannot be found on your computer.” i have been trying to get some answears on the dvxuser site and no one knows. cant find a email to contact panasonic help tech. makes no sense. i have the new card and cam drivers, directx, other audio functions (media player) work. any ideas?

  i am using a toshiba satellite a135 w/ celeron m 1.6

  check if you are logged on to windows as an administrator.
  The viewer only works properly with full administrator rights.

  i am the administrator. do you know what hardware i need/ card specs? the viewer web site is vague and i cant find any contact info.
