How can I match a HVX-200 and a DVC-80. I need to do a two cam shoot. I know I won’t be able to get them perfect but i want them to be close. I have shot with them already and I was tryin to match scene files and the DVC – 80 wasn’t close to the HVX-200. So I was gonna bump up setting in the 80. Thanks!

Hook both cameras up to a good production monitor and a/b switch back and forth on them shooting the same shot until they match as closely as possible.

Noah….What is a good pro. monitor? One that is HD but can play SD. I got hired here and I’m still building the video section. Thanks for your help.

Well if you’re renting a nice 10-15″ CRT with component HD and SD inputs would do the trick.
