    Hey There;

    I’m having a mysterious issue when importing clips from a P2 Store into FCP 5.1.4 on a G5 2.66gHz tower. All clips import fine with the exception of one or two that come in at a different frame rate, 17.99fps when it is 24pn footage shot at 23.98fps. Additionally in the P2 import window a half-moon appears next to those clips indicating they were not entirely imported. In a recent test I tried importing the same troubled clips directly from the P2 card into FCP 5.1.4 using the PCI slot on my 1gHz Powerbook. They imported flawlessly. Even after formatting my cards and the P2 store I run into similar issues where one or two clips don’t import entirely.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks;

    Lawandrew

    Are they spanned?

    In the most recent test the clip was spanned. But in a previous test it was not.

    If they are spanned, simply select both clips in the P2 viewer and add to the clip queue.

    Yeah, I’ve tried selecting multiple clips and it doesn’t seem to help. Thanks for the thought, though.
