1080 & 720 30P, 24P, 30PN, 24PN
I know, I know, everyone’s sick of hearing from people on this.
I’ve just seen footage from a JVC ProHD camera and noticed that it seemed as if the strobing effect when panning too fast or having your subject move to fast wasn’t as bad as on my HVX200. That got me to wonder, am I doing something wrong? Basicly I’m using the easy set ups from my Kona 3 in FCP 5.1.1 when doing 1080 & 720 30P and 24P. Is there more to it than this? I’ve also tried 720 30PN and 24PN and still get a fielding look to my output, and yes I’ve gone into FCP’s settings and made sure Field Dominance was on none. Or am I missing a setting on the camera?
Here’s my setup…
