  P2 frame rate problem

  Iv’e imported several clips I shot in 720pn30f
  all clips except one were 29.97 The problem I have is with importing one clip the picure is in high speed and with normal audio and incomplete as well. It also says the frame rate is 24.98 not 29.97 like the restI I tried several times even imorting V/A seperately. It plays fine in the P2 imorting window in FCP 5.1
  Does anyone have any ideas?
