P2 Store Workflow for FCP
I’m trying to test out my p2 workflow. we have a p2 store and a handful of 8gb p2 cards. I think I correctly copied one p2 card to the store. I watched the ‘copy status’ go to 100%. I took the card out and tried to mount the p2 store, by itself. Nothing. any help is greatly appreciated.
mac pro dual xeon, 2.66/2GB FCP 5.1.2

You need to get it into MAC MODE…so that it will mount on a mac computer. Currently it will only mount on a PC.

Thanks Shane. I tried that three-button deal, but with no avail. I also tried reformatting, and I’m not sure if that was successful. I reloaded the p2 onto the store. however, I just noticed that the p2 driver I installed is not compatible with intel-based macs. I have a Mac Pro with the Xeons. before I installed the driver, a single p2 would mount if it was loaded into the p2store. but now that doesn’t even work. Any ideas?

just a follow-up, I was able to get evrything to work properly on an ibook. It’s definatly not working on my intel-computer. Furthermore, installing that driver messed up my remedial ability to read single p2 cards. How do I uninstall that driver?

okay, it just randomly mounted on my intel-mac!
