I’m demo-ing an HVX200 with 2 4GB P2 cards. I’ve shot sample clips in the different formats (DVCPro50, DVCProHD. 1080i/60, 720p/24, 480p/24, etc…) and am trying to import them into FCP. The only clips that are imported are the DVCPro50 clips. I’ve tried all of the different settings, but nothing let’s me bring in the HD clips. I get a message stating that several clips were unable to be imported, probable corrupt or incomplete clips. Any suggestions?

You have to upgrade to FCP 5.0.4. FCP5 doesn’t support P2 HD, but 5.0.4 does.
