  1080 24p over 60i

  Ok, I see that the hvx200 shoots 1080 24p over 60i.
  What does this mean? and why would one shoot this way?

  It’s 24p with pulldown so you have to remove the pulldown to conform to 23.98. Just like a DVX100 or sdx900.
