  Type/layer switch quality issue Photoshop to AE

  I have never had this problem before, and I have been using AE and Photoshop together for years. I have layered Photoshop files, some layers of which include type generated from Illustrator files pasted into Photoshop. So these are NOT unnrendered Photoshop type layers or anything. Everything looks great in Photoshop until I import the comp into AE. Then all the layers with type look a bit blurry. If I deselect the quality (high) slash for the layer, it looks fine. Why is this backwards now?

  Did you try collapsing the individual text layer itself?

  You can’t collapse a layer. Only a comp.
