  All Keyboard shortcuts missing !!

  Ups !

  Switched to Tiger 10.4.2 and did a clean install of AE 6.5. It worked ok. Then downloaded the 6.5.1 upgrade and suddently no keyboard shortcuts are available ! It says a file named KCHR is missing…

  Tried everything once more, but the same thing happens!

  What did I do wrong ?

  Did you search the COW for KCHR? I seem to remember this came up once or twice. If not, try Googling.

  OK… I’ve figured it out 🙂

  Must be a problem for as lot of european users.

  The problem: No keyboard shortcuts. The reason is that localized keyboard layouts are missing.

  The solution: Go to

  https://homepage.mac.com/chinesemac/LatinExtended/

  and download the missing keyboard layouts. ( I installed both danish and English ISO)

  Select your keyboard layout under System preferences: International…

  and That’s it !
