    i’m using AE6 (v: 11.0.2.12).
i’m rendering a :30 comp in AE but it stops every time at frame 369 (12:09)
    preset HD/HDTV 720 29.97
    frame rate 29.97

i’ve tried rendering to png sequence, avi. flv and mov.
AE isn’t freezing or anything like that — it just stops the render at that point.

per instructions in another post, i rendered it in media encoder — and viola! it worked.

    any ideas why?

Is your work area set to just a subset of your composition?

In After Effects, you can set a specific duration to be rendered. This specific duration is the work area. Is your work area set to the whole composition, or just to a piece of it?
